Job summary

Keller Logistics Group in Napoleon, OH is seeking team leads to monitor repackaging lines, set up production lines, and ensure production is completed on schedule. We have both 1st shift and 3rd shift positions with defined hours.

You will supervise line personnel, perform setup and testing, and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Willing to work overtime, holidays, and weekends as requested by Supervisor.
• Must pass a drug screen and a criminal background check prior to employment.
• Experience supervising lines/packaging is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up line for operations, ensuring hygienic operation and proper machine/printer settings.
• Complete competency tests for setup, operation, and troubleshooting of machines.
• Assign line members to positions to maximize production efficiency and morale, with periodic rotations.
• Monitor repackaging production to ensure scheduled output is met.
• Determine disposition of damaged product and manage it accordingly.
• Maintain line area hygiene and complete Line Lead Reports daily.
