Cardinal Staffing Services is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator in Napoleon, OH to oversee quality checks on production lines. The role offers $22/hr for third shift (10PM–6AM, Sunday to Thursday) with benefits including health insurance and competitive bonuses/special programs.

Responsibilities include monitoring documentation, inspecting materials, investigating issues, and supporting corrective actions while ensuring quality standards across production processes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in quality control or QA.
• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with quality systems and controls.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality standards are met.

• Inventory cycle counts, and send weekly shortages to all customers.
• Assist with developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data and analytics.

Job description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is immediately hiring for detail-oriented Quality Coordinators for a client in Napoleon, OH.

The Quality Coordinator is responsible for all quality checks on production lines.

All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation $22/hr as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Third Shift 10PM to 6AM Sunday to Thursday.
