Cardinal Staffing Services is hiring a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for a factory in Carey, OH. The role focuses on ensuring products meet quality standards and guidelines in a fast-paced industrial environment.

The successful candidate will monitor production records, inspect materials and processes, and troubleshoot issues. Shifts include 1st, 2nd or 3rd; overtime may be available and there is potential for hire-in with good performance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years’ experience in quality control, quality assurance, inspections, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with quality systems and controls is preferred.

Job description

Cardinal Staffing Services, is hiring for a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector for a factory in Carey, OH. A successful Quality Control Inspector should have excellent troubleshooting skills, have experience inspecting product in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, and be able to ensure that product consistently meets quality standards and guidelines.

Cardinal Staffing Services, is invested in their team members! All temp-to-hire employees are offered competitive compensation ($15/hr) as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shifts include 1st, 2nd or 3rd on an as needed (project) basis. There is a potential for Overtime. Projects are typically a 24 hour or less notice start and typically run a few weeks. With good performance and attendance, there is potential for hire-in.
