Job summary

Atlas Copco, located in Charlotte, is seeking a Quality Coordinator to identify process improvements across inbound and outbound flows. The role reports to the Safety Health Environment and Quality Manager and works with a second Coordinator at the South Charlotte site.

This is a hybrid position with two work-from-home days per week, offering exposure to RMA, supplier quality, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will join a team focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in warehouse or supply chain roles.
• WMS exposure and SAP experience.
• ISO 9001/14001 certification (preferred).
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer claims; identify root cause and actions.
• Collaborate with leadership and warehouse engineers to improve inbound/outbound quality.
• Support the RMA team with quality questions.
• Coordinate with SQA to improve supplier quality standards.
• Regularly audit warehouse flows for quality.
• Participate in Monthly Process Quality meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Your role

The Quality Coordinator identifies operational process improvements on quality of inbound and outbound flows. Your will report to our Safety Health Environment and Quality Manager. You will work on a team with one additional Quality Coordinator at our South Charlotte location (About 4 miles from Carowinds). This is a hybrid position with 2 work from home days per week.

• You will handle the warehouse side of customer claims. Investigate, come with root cause and identify the actions to be taken while understanding the customer needs and requirements.
• You will work closely together with the leadership team and the warehouse engineers to implement improvements on quality for the inbound and outbound flows.
• You will support the RMA (returns) team with all type of quality questions
• You will work closely with the SQA engineer to improve supplier quality standards
• Regularly audit warehouse flows on quality
• You will be part of the Monthly Process Quality meetings
• You will perform other duties as assigned.

To succeed, you will need

• You have a 4 year college degree or equivalent experience.
• You have At least 3 years preferred work experience in warehouse or supply chain.
• You have WMS exposure and knowledge WMS implementation, administration, power user).
• You have experience with SAP.
• You have a certification in ISO standards 9001 and 14001 (Preferred).
• Ability to analyze to form valuable insights
• You are fluent in English, as this is our internal language.
