Staffmark in Ashford, AL is hiring a Quality Control Worker to inspect garments for defects, measure products, and ensure every item meets quality standards before it leaves the facility.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of quality experience, can read measurements, and possesses basic math skills. Steel-toed boots and good color vision are required. The role runs Monday–Friday on a 6:00 AM start, with a pay rate of $16.05 per hour and a safety-focused team environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect products for quality defects, review findings with supervisors, and help decide if products meet quality standards.
• Complete quality inspection reports, record measurements, document defects, and track inspection results accurately.
• Process customer returns, verify product condition, and record returned quantities and inspection outcomes.
• Support a safe, clean, and organized work environment by following workplace safety procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Follow company policies, maintain accurate records, and assist with additional quality control and warehouse duties as assigned.
