Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Quality Inspector in Morristown, TN to inspect parts and ensure quality standards on the line. You will perform visual and hands-on inspections, document findings, and communicate concerns to the quality team.

This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow procedures, and a commitment to safety. Schedule is Monday–Friday with an 8:00 AM start, and pay starts at $15.50 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and quality procedures.
• Basic computer and documentation skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and hands-on inspections of parts and assemblies.
• Identify defects, damage, and products that do not meet quality standards.
• Follow inspection procedures, work instructions, and quality requirements.
• Accurately record inspection findings and quality data.
• Communicate quality concerns to supervisors and quality team members.
• Support production and quality improvement efforts.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and manufacturing procedures.

Education Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, production, warehouse, assembly, or quality inspection experience is a plus


• Experience performing visual inspections or quality checks preferred but not required


• Experience documenting results and maintaining records is beneficial
