Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of quality assurance or vendor management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and overall MS Office.
• Strong analytical, multitasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift/move packages up to 70 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to Uline's North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Warehouse team on product Quality Control initiatives.
• Support secondary and new vendor check-ins, ensuring products meet quality standards.
• Review returned products for documentation and quality records.
• Conduct detailed product testing and inspections to identify quality issues.
• Work with vendors to resolve quality issues and manage returns/credits.
