Job summary

Uline is seeking a Product Quality Inspector to help ensure product lines meet high standards and customer needs. The role involves coordinating with the Warehouse team on quality control, supporting vendor check-ins, and reviewing returns for proper documentation.

You will conduct detailed product testing, identify issues, and work with vendors to resolve problems and process returns or credits. This on-site role requires strong attention to detail and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of quality assurance or vendor management experience.
• Able to move packages up to 70 lbs.
• Available for travel to Uline's North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Warehouse team on product Quality Control initiatives.
• Support secondary vendor and new vendor check-ins, ensuring all products adhere to Uline's quality standards.
• Review returned product for proper documentation and maintain quality records.
• Conduct detailed product testing and inspections to identify quality issues.
• Work with vendors to resolve quality issues and facilitate the return and credit process.
