Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, industrial, and packaging materials, is seeking a Product Quality Inspector at its Corporate Headquarters in Pleasant Prairie, WI. You will help ensure product lines meet high standards and customer needs.

The role requires a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), 2+ years QA or vendor experience, Excel proficiency, and willingness to travel to North American locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of quality assurance or vendor management experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office.
• Excellent analytical, multi-tasking and detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Warehouse team on Quality Control initiatives.
• Support vendor checks and ensure products meet quality standards.
• Review returned products for documentation and maintain quality records.
• Conduct detailed product testing and inspections.
• Work with vendors to resolve issues and manage returns/credits.
