Job summary

Uline is seeking a Product Quality Inspector to support our quality assurance processes at our Pleasant Prairie/Lake country area. The role involves coordinating with the Warehouse team on quality initiatives, handling vendor check-ins, and reviewing returned products with thorough documentation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in QA or vendor management, strong Excel skills, and the ability to move packages up to 70 lbs. This is an on-site role with travel to North American locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of quality assurance or vendor management experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, multi-tasking and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Able to move packages up to 70 lbs.
• Willingness to travel to Uline North American locations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Warehouse team on product Quality Control initiatives.
• Support secondary vendor and new vendor check-ins, ensuring all products adhere to Uline’s quality standards.
• Review returned product for proper documentation and maintain quality records.
• Conduct detailed product testing and inspections to identify quality issues.
• Work with vendors to resolve quality issues and facilitate the return and credit process.
