Job summary

Molly Maid in Downers Grove, IL is seeking a Field Manager / Quality Control / Trainer to supervise teams, uphold our service standards, and train staff on our proven cleaning processes. This full-time role offers paid training, a stable schedule, and opportunities to advance within a growing franchise.

You’ll lead by example, manage customer relationships, perform quality checks, and help build a positive team culture while driving performance and customer satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements to be considered for position.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Prior cleaning and supervisory experience or equivalent experience.
• Complete a background check.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• You are available to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm.
• Bilingual- English/Spanish.

Once you’ve enjoyed training in the Molly Maid process, you’ll provide support to the teams that will deliver exceptional service customers.

Full-time. No nights. No weekends. No holidays.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $16-$25 and is dependent on your experience and ability to connect, mastery of our processes and ability to retain and grow both customers and employees with your leadership.

• Earn paid time off weekly, up to 10 days per year
• Earn one day of sick time off for every 8 weeks worked
• Earn a 2% company match for your 401k contributions

As a Field Manager / Quality Control / Trainer, you will be responsible for:
