Job summary

Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope seeks a Quality Control & Test Technician to test and inspect materials and finished products, ensuring they meet company standards and are market-ready.

You will support quality inspections, product testing, certification activities, and continuous improvement across production stages, with emphasis on accurate data and timely reporting of results to supervisors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of inspection and/or production experience.
• Ability to read and use precision measuring tools (calipers, dial indicators).
• Strong mathematical, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Approve incoming materials by confirming specifications and performing inspections.
• Approve finished products by confirming specifications and conducting required inspections and tests.
• Document test data and support re-work activities when needed.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company standards.
