Job summary

Great Southern Wood Preserving, Inc. is hiring for a 2nd shift Quality Control position. The role focuses on monitoring and documenting quality control measures throughout incoming materials, in-process production, and finished lumber products.

Responsibilities

• Approve incoming materials by confirming specs and testing visuals/measurements.
• Verify in-process production and communicate adjustments.
• Sample finished products and document re-work when needed.
• Maintain inspection records and update reports/logs.
• Keep measurement equipment operative and calibrated.
• Assist operator and supervisor in daily tasks during 2nd shift.
