Job summary

Unimacts is hiring a Quality Control Technician at our Sloan, NV plant. The role focuses on inspecting products, maintaining validation equipment, and documenting quality records to meet customer specs.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in manufacturing QC, familiarity with GD&T, and exposure to ERP systems. A high school diploma is required; associate degree is a plus. Bilingual English/Spanish is advantageous.

Qualifications

High school diploma required; associate degree a plus.
Experience as a Quality Technician in manufacturing is preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong asset.
Knowledge of GD&T and measurement techniques.
Familiarity with ERP and manufacturing software.
Lean and Six Sigma exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: inspect, test, and measure products using gauges and equipment.
Equipment maintenance to ensure proper operation of validation tools.
Document and report dimensional records and quality findings promptly.
Conduct process audits with Maintenance/Production teams to drive improvements.
Follow safety guidelines and participate in training sessions.
Perform incoming material inspections to assure raw material quality.
