Job summary

Unimacts in Sloan, NV is seeking a Quality Control Technician for 2nd Shift (3:30PM-2:00AM). You will inspect, test, and measure products with analytical gauges, maintain records, and report findings to the supervisor to ensure compliance with customer specifications.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in manufacturing QC, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and familiarity with GD&T, Lean manufacturing, ERP systems.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year as a Quality Technician in manufacturing.
• Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement experience preferred.
• Six Sigma certification desirable.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a significant asset.

Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance: Inspect, test, and measure products using analytical equipment and hand gauges.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure optimal functioning of equipment used to validate customer specs.
• Documentation and Reporting: Create dimensional records and review quality documentation for accuracy.
• Process Audits: Conduct audits with Maintenance/Production teams to drive improvements.
• Safety and Training: Follow safety guidelines and participate in training.
• Material Inspection: Perform incoming inspection of raw materials.
