Quality Control Technician (QC Tech) - Manufacturing (-MN-)

BE Power Equipment is North America's fastest growing manufacturer of power equipment, including pressure washers, air compressors, generators, and water pumps. We are a third-generation family-owned business dedicated to designing quality products and providing exceptional service.

We are hiring full-time positions (Monday through Friday) with 40 hours per week, available on 1st and 2nd shifts. Join our team and enjoy a great company culture that makes it easy to come to work every day!

Requirements

What You'll Do:

• Monitor incoming parts and components, and key quality parameters
• Oversee the production process to ensure products meet specifications
• Inspect finished products and packaging for quality standards before shipment
• Escalate deviations or quality issues
• Maintain quality control documentation, records, and reports
• Evaluate and improve the quality management system
• Troubleshoot compliance issues on the shop floor
• Provide technical support on quality matters to employees
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance in-process quality
• Perform related duties as assigned

What You Have:

• At least 2 years of experience in a related manufacturing role
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field preferred

• Detail-oriented with a focus on workmanship accuracy
• Committed to meeting customer expectations and quality standards
• Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to recommend corrective actions
• Effective communicator, capable of building relationships
