Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years manufacturing experience.
• One year of laboratory and testing activities.
• NDT Level 1 minimum.
• Fiber Optics 1 year experience.
• Manufacturing quality experience.
• Must be proficient with MS Office and quality-related software, measurement tools, gages, and metallurgical lab equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mechanical testing and metallurgical evaluation.
• Perform quality control over Production process.
• Assist in evaluating effectiveness of continuous improvement changes at machine centers.
• Test and report critical product measurements to meet internal and external quality requirements.
• Calibrate equipment as necessary and maintain a clean, safe work area.
