Job summary

Prysmian Group in Willimantic, CT, is seeking a Quality Tester to lead wire and cable testing, calibrate lab equipment, and analyze data to sustain ISO and Nuclear program quality. You will support Quality Engineers and the Quality Manager, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring timely, accurate test results.

Requirements include 5 years of manufacturing quality experience, audit exposure, and an Associate degree (Bachelor's preferred).

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in quality systems auditing and wire/cable industry preferred.
• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing and report quality data accurately and on time.
• Investigate returned products and coordinate corrective actions.
• Interact with suppliers, customers, and audits; support ISO and Nuclear programs.
• Assist with updates to claim sheets and dashboards.
