Responsibilities

• Perform first article inspection, including visual and dimensional analysis of molded components.
• Operate gauges, set up inspection methods and standards per Quality Control Manual.
• Support Process Engineering with analyses like central tendency and design of experiments.
• Effectively use gauges, CMMs and other measuring equipment in the lab.
• Assist manufacturing with troubleshooting quality-related problems.
• Conduct audits of molded components and in-process inspection procedures.
• Assist in international rework projects as needed.
• Receiving inspection duties as assigned.
