Job summary

You will use gauges, scopes, and other measuring devices, record results in computer systems, and support containment and evaluation activities while maintaining a safe and organized work environment in accordance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 policies.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a color vision assessment.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Demonstrates accurate measurement with precision tools.
• Maintains careful records of inspection results in computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-process inspections of molded/assembled components per ISO procedures.
• Compare product with part specifications and verify dimensions and color matches.
• Read work orders and determine testing procedures and equipment.
• Audit production for defects and quarantine defective products as needed.
• Document all inspection and test data in the system; generate hold tickets if required.
• Assist in training new hires and follow all safety and housekeeping rules.
