Job summary

CRH APAC-Inc., Kansas City, is seeking a Field/QA Technician to conduct inspections, sampling, and testing of aggregates and asphalt to ensure premium quality. You will follow OSHA and MSHA safety policies, maintain accurate data in our test results database, and support customers and teammates in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional college or technical training preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team to perform inspections and testing of aggregates and asphalt.
• Test mixtures for contract compliance and quality control tolerances.
• Monitor processes and maintain accurate data in the test results database.
• Assist customers and coworkers with professionalism and efficiency.
• Pursue necessary certifications to stay current with safety and quality standards.
• Support quality control plans and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform other duties as needed to help the team succeed.
