Job summary

Air Distribution Technologies, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to assist in trouble-shooting assembly & fabrication equipment, justify and install equipment, and collaborate with Design Engineering on production issues related to Design for Manufacturing.

You will create and maintain Bills of Materials and Routings for Assembly and Fabrication, and support or lead Lean projects to improve efficiency and layout.

Qualifications

• What we look for: Degree in Engineering or other related manufacturing discipline.
• 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering experience.
• Lean manufacturing principles (material flow, process flow, workstation design).

Responsibilities

• Assist in trouble-shooting assembly & fabrication equipment.
• Justifying, specifying, and installing equipment.
• Introducing new products (BOM scrubbing, Manufacturing Trial Lots, training support, and work with Design Engineering on DFA).
• Creating and maintaining Bill of Materials and Routings (Assembly and Fabrication).
• Supporting and/or leading Lean projects.
