Job summary

Tremco Construction Products Group (Tremco CPG Inc.) is seeking a Quality Technician to test incoming and outgoing materials and help maintain ISO compliance across the plant. You will ensure safety and quality through structured testing and accurate documentation.

Daily responsibilities include batch testing, periodic equipment calibration, and collaboration with multiple departments to drive product quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of related experience in ERP or similar industry preferred.
• ISO knowledge is a plus.
• Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, monthly, and annual batch testing activities per product and procedural requirements.
• Perform periodic calibrations of lab and plant equipment.
• Participate in the development of quality specifications for raw materials, finished products or substitute materials.
• Support ISO Quality systems by understanding quality expectations, work instructions, and completing proper quality documentation.
• Perform periodic quality audits of production processes and finished goods.
• Communicate with other departments about the status of quality material.
• Perform first piece inspections on finished products.
