Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Mechanically inclined with hands-on aptitude.
• Experience or familiarity with air systems, hydraulics, and electrical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform final inspections and evaluate unit appearance and operation prior to delivery.
• Conduct unit testing including lights, pumps, meters, and electronics against blueprints.
• Review trends, manage quality cases, and ensure corrective actions close out.
• Create and deliver standard work training and audit processes.
• Document quality concerns and coordinate re-work with manufacturing teams.
• Identify improvement opportunities and maintain weekly quality audits.
• Control costs related to rework, scrap, and warranty claims.
• Calibrate equipment, evaluate vendors, and perform receiving inspections.
• Wash and prep units for pickup; coordinate delivery walk-around inspections.
• Ensure QC programs and federal paperwork are complete prior to delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.
