Qualifications

• Experience performing texture, moisture, pH, salt, and acidity tests.
• Experience with microbiological plate counts and swabbing.
• Ability to document results with clear records.
• Willingness to follow procedures and troubleshoot simple equipment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct tests on raw materials and finished products (texture, moisture, pH, salt, acidity).
• Perform microbiological analyses such as plate counts and swabbing.
• Support calibration and upkeep of lab instruments.
• Document and interpret test results with clear records.
• Assist with material reviews for quality compliance and inventory status.
• Facilitate sensory panels to evaluate product characteristics.
• Collaborate with team to support process improvements and maintain standards.
