Job summary

HR HealthCare is seeking a Quality Control Technician to ensure products, processes, and documentation meet quality and regulatory standards. You will collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to identify issues, maintain records, and support safe, compliant operations.

The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, team collaboration, and a strong quality mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

High School Diploma required.
Understanding of regulated industry and GMPs (FDA, ISO:13485, MDSAP) preferred.
OSHA and manufacturing safety familiarity is valued.

Responsibilities

Ensure the organization's procedures, forms, instructions, and policies are followed by all staff.
Inspect and document incoming production components, including tubes, bottles, film, and syringe components.
Conduct in-process testing during manufacturing, including fill volume, seal integrity, labeling, and visual inspections.
Conduct release testing of finished goods and sourced finished goods by following written procedures.
Collect samples for outsourced testing.
Print, review and approve labels for production.
Initiate nonconformances when product defects are found or deviations occur.
Ensure all GMPs are followed.
Perform facility inspections and maintain quality department equipment.
Promote an environment of quality first mindset.
