Job summary

This role includes a 2nd shift with a 4% shift premium and a strong emphasis on maintaining lab standards. The ideal candidate has an Associate degree (preferred) and 2+ years of QC lab experience, with familiarity of ERP systems (SAP, Sage, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred, hands-on experience valued.
• 2+ years of quality control lab experience (bonus).
• Familiarity with ERP systems and ISO-certified environments.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and master lab instruments.
• Perform in-process and final product testing for quality.
• Test and sample incoming raw materials for compliance.
• Help develop and improve test methods.
• Collaborate with manufacturing to resolve challenges and optimize processes.
• Keep the lab organized and ready for action.
• Manage sample retention and analyze customer complaint samples.
