Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of operator experience preferred.
• Forklift certification required or obtainable within 90 days.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work independently.
• Familiarity with ERP solutions (e.g., SAP, Sage, MS Dynamics).

Responsibilities

• Follow initiatives to enhance quality, cleanliness, safety, and productivity while reducing costs.
• Gain expertise in operating equipment through hands-on training.
• Collaborate with the QC lab and R&D teams.
• Build production batches and maintain accurate batch paperwork.
• Load and unload chemicals, operate pumps and filters, and monitor temperatures and run speeds.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues and submit repair work orders.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area following 6S principles.
• Work with team to achieve KPIs and perform other duties.
