Job summary

You will maintain documentation, generate customized reports from integrated systems (CSV/TXT/XML), collaborate with the QC Supervisor, and contribute to policy updates while protecting data integrity and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of relevant experience is preferred.
• Background check and drug screening completed.

Responsibilities

• Carry out inspections to meet the standards set by the organization.
• Focus on corrective actions to ensure products meet specifications.
• Maintain all documentation for auditing purposes.
• Work with the Quality Control Supervisor on product information and production details.
• Continuously update knowledge by reading relevant product information and production materials.
• Find solutions to customers’ complaints and feedback.
• Write reports and submit them to the quality control manager.
• Assist in checking and updating quality control policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
