Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation is seeking a Quality Control Technician in Elk Grove Village, IL. The role focuses on quality, food safety, and esthetics across the manufacturing process.

You will monitor CCPs, verify sanitation, perform testing, and ensure logs and documentation meet GMP and SQF standards. Ideal candidates have QA/factory experience, strong math and computer skills (MS Word/Excel/Outlook), and can work in a cool environment while lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• QA and food manufacturing experience required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Familiar with HACCP/HARPC monitoring and verification.
• Knowledge of SSOP, pest control, and line quality audits.
• Strong documentation and record keeping.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCPs and product safety throughout manufacturing.
• Perform sanitation verification and allergen testing.
• Record and file all logs and documentation accurately.
• Ensure recipe guidelines are followed during processing.
• Train and support team members on safety practices.
• Conduct monthly self GMP audits with management.
• Inspect products, equipment, and machinery for quality.
• Educate staff on SQF standards and food safety.
