Job summary

Pacific Seafood in Warrenton is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support the Value Creation and Quality team in maintaining food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. The role involves implementing quality standards, assisting in inspections, and enabling process improvements in a fast-paced production environment.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of related QA experience, proficiency in Word/Excel, and availability for nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two-years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Be available nights and weekends as needed.
• Knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, SSOP and COOL Act.

Responsibilities

• Implement Safety and Quality Standards for an operating unit or process.
• Foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Perform regularly scheduled inspections.
• Maintain records for HACCP, SSOP and Quality Standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.
