Qualifications

• Requires ability to walk, stand, lift up to 40 lbs, and perform repetitive inspection tasks.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and computer skills for documenting processes.
• HS diploma or equivalent; 2-year technical school certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production processes to ensure high and stable quality.
• Trace and optimize sequences to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Lead problem solving teams to resolve assembly line issues.
• Initiate corrective actions and verify their effectiveness.
• Conduct internal process audits and PPAP evaluations.
• Evaluate production samples for conformance to specifications.
