The Quality Control Technician position works closely with manufacturing and engineering to ensure the highest level of quality products – starting from receipt of incoming parts, through the assembly operation, and finally with final inspection before shipping to the customer. The individual in this role will actively participate in documentation creation and review, finding root causes for repeat quality issues, working autonomously to constantly improve productivity. The successful candidate must be an individual who can multi-task and perform various inspection-related activities in a manner that complies with all company requirements and ISO standards with little supervision.

Shift:
The Fredericktown, Ohio facility operates on a 4x10 schedule with two shifts. We are currently hiring for the first shift which has a 5:00am to 3:30pm schedule.
