Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Blueprint reading proficiency required.
• Knowledge of GD&T concepts and measurement techniques beneficial.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills expected.
• Root cause analysis能力 to troubleshoot defects.
• Familiarity with gage R&R methods.
• Experience with CMM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Regular part inspections on the floor and in the Quality Lab.
• Utilizing various gauges and measurement techniques to verify dimensions of production parts.
• Operate computerized gauging in quality labs.
• Inspection and disposition of gauges.
• Complete weekly LPAs NCM inventory and organization.
• Identify and record any problems relating to product, process, and quality system.
• Provide input on improving operation efficiencies.
• Maintains safe operations by adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
• Operate machines per process sheets and related paperwork.
