Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to distinguish color and strong math skills.
• Experience with Excel; must pass math and color tests.
• Must maintain confidentiality of proprietary formulations.
• Preferred: 2+ years of lab experience; additional chemistry education.

Responsibilities

• Testing and inspection of finished goods and raw materials.
• Keeping accurate records of test data and information related to product quality.
• Visual examination of finished product to ensure it meets quality requirements.
• Make adjustments to formulation to obtain color and ash.
• Work safely and adhering to lab and plant safety policies.
• Assist other laboratory personnel when time permits.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
