Job summary

Crown Cork & Seal USA, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join the Bradley, IL facility. The role focuses on ensuring quality through inspections, testing, and accurate data documentation in a high-speed beverage can production environment.

Ideal candidates will have 2–3 years of relevant experience, a High School/GED, and familiarity with standard computer tools. OSHA training and specific packaging quality experience are preferred; shifts may vary to meet production needs.

Qualifications

High School Education/GED required.
2–3 years of experience inspecting, testing, packaging in a high-speed manufacturing environment.
Must be able to work varied shifts including nights and weekends.
OSHA training and Beverage Packaging Quality experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform quality inspections and testing to ensure can quality.
Identify quality issues and disposition non-conforming products.
Maintain gauging equipment and production standards for can manufacturing.
Document data and maintain records of quality checks.
Collaborate with supervision and management to communicate issues and improvements.
