Job summary

Van Drunen Farms is hiring for a full-time quality control role on a 3rd shift at our Momence, Illinois facility. Expected pay range is $21.50-$22.50 per hour, with eligibility for bonus and supplemental compensation based on performance.

Qualifications include a high school diploma and 2+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a food or beverage setting. Strong attention to detail and basic MS Word/Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Two or more years of manufacturing experience preferred, ideally in food/bev production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify raw materials, packaging components, and finished products for quality and food safety standards.
• Monitor and document quality processes: code date verification, scale calibration, metal detection, sanitation, traceability.
