Job summary

Shasta Beverages, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician for the 3rd shift (9:00 pm – 5:30 am). The role tests microbiological quality of ingredients and beverages, maintains HACCP records, and supports the R&D team on new launches.

You will document batch data, analyze variations, and help ensure safety and quality across production. Strong computer skills and 2–3 years in beverage QC are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 2-3 years hands-on QC in carbonated beverage industry preferred.
• Experience with quality testing, sanitation, and data recording
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and reporting software.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication; OSHA training understood.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HACCP, food safety records, plant audits and mock recalls.
• Test microbiological quality of ingredients, suppliers and packaging.
• Provide test data for high-quality products and support R&D launches.
• Document batch reports and analyze variations in batch size and attributes.
• Troubleshoot line issues and assist with quality improvements.
