You will monitor weights, codes, and labels and participate in sanitation and line audits, contributing to a strong quality culture and customer satisfaction at a well-established, mission-driven food company.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read and write English.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and verify packaging area parameters (e.g., code dates, packaging, labels).
• Conduct pre-operational sanitation inspections and line audits.
• Ensure accurate weight and documentation per procedures; record findings.
• Monitor HACCP compliance in areas of responsibility and collect samples as needed.
• Communicate issues between shifts and departments to ensure continuity.

Hours: 4:45am - shift end (hours may vary)

Schedule: Monday – Friday + Saturdays

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour

Required Qualifications/ Education/ Skills

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience; or experience as a Quality Control/ Assurance position in the food industry.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Strong Communication skills; ability to understand and verbally express ideas and instructions effectively.
• Ability to work effectively and efficiently with others.
• Ability to prioritize, follow instructions and follow-through to achieve results.
• High level of personal initiative, self-driven, action and results oriented.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, team player, generates enthusiasm, builds effective working relationships at all levels.
