Experis seeks a Quality Control Technician in Scarborough, ME to perform in-process and final release testing for diagnostic products. You will troubleshoot issues and help ensure accurate, compliant results while following GMP/GLP practices.

Responsibilities include reviewing batch records, maintaining equipment, and documenting procedures. A related associate degree and 1+ years of lab experience are required, with strong English communication skills.

Competenze

• Associate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of laboratory or quality control experience.
• Ability to follow GMP/GLP and document results accurately.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals; strong English reporting skills.

Job Title:

Quality Control Technician

What's the Job?

• Perform testing of in-process components for Lateral Flow, ELISA, and Molecular products
• Perform final release testing for Lateral Flow, ELISA, and Molecular products
• Troubleshoot technical and quality issues to support timely, accurate results
• Undertake new procedures while observing proper safety precautions
• Review batch records, calibrate/maintain laboratory equipment, and support Good Manufacturing/Laboratory Practices (GMP/GLP)

What's Needed?

• Associate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or other related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1+ years of laboratory and/or quality control experience
• Ability to follow GMP/GLP and maintain accurate documentation of results
• Working knowledge of laboratory equipment and the ability to perform technical procedures
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; strong English communication for routine reports and documentation
