ManpowerGroup is seeking a Quality Control Technician for Scarborough, ME to support regulated product quality under GMP/GLP. The role focuses on accurate testing and meticulous documentation in a clinical diagnostics environment.

You will perform in-process and final release testing for Lateral Flow, ELISA, and Molecular products, review batch records, calibrate equipment, and help ensure compliant operations in a fast-paced lab setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Biology, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field or equivalent.
• 1+ years of laboratory or quality control experience.
• Ability to follow GMP/GLP and maintain accurate documentation.
• Working knowledge of laboratory equipment and performing technical procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures; strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform testing of in-process components for Lateral Flow, ELISA, and Molecular products.
• Perform final release testing for Lateral Flow, ELISA, and Molecular products.
• Troubleshoot technical and quality issues to support timely, accurate results.
• Undertake new procedures while observing proper safety precautions.
• Review batch records, calibrate/maintain laboratory equipment, and support GMP/GLP.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure documentation accuracy and compliance.

Our client, a leader in infectious disease diagnostics, is seeking a Quality Control Technician to join their team. As a Quality Control Technician, you will be part of the Quality Control function supporting regulated product quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a commitment to following GMP/GLP procedures, and the drive to troubleshoot technical and quality issues—skills that will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

What's Needed?

• 1+ years of laboratory and/or quality control experience
• Ability to follow GMP/GLP and maintain accurate documentation of results
• Working knowledge of laboratory equipment and the ability to perform technical procedures
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals; strong English communication for routine reports and documentation
