Payne & Dolan, Inc. is seeking a Quality Control Technician to be the quality eyes on our road construction projects in Michigan. You will test materials such as concrete and asphalt, take measurements, and document results to ensure standards are met.

Work outdoors at various project sites across Upper Michigan, learning practical technical skills from day one while collaborating with a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours (construction schedules vary).
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills (we’ll teach you what you need).
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for the right person).
