We are Systems, LLC, a leading manufacturer and designer of loading dock equipment. We continue to GROW and are seeking a motivated team player to join our organization.

This role is within Systems' Manufacturing Production group. A successful candidate is expected to (i) follow written inspection and testing procedures to ensure products meet standards, perform quality control checks electronically within an ERP system, and (ii) carry out quality assessments of all products ready for shipment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. Follow written inspection and testing procedures to ensure products meet standards; perform all quality control checks electronically within an ERP system.
2. Carry out quality assessment measures of all products ready to be shipped.
3. Reject all non-conforming products before shipment.
4. Record inspection results by completing forms, summarizing re-work, and inputting data into a quality database.
5. Use gauges such as go/no-go and other devices to ensure product quality.
6. Maintain awareness of engineering or process changes affecting product quality (ECNs).
7. Immediately report recurring quality issues to management.
8. Update QC knowledge through educational opportunities sponsored by the company.
9. Ensure jigs/tools are returned to the correct storage location at day's end.
10. Ensure proper placement of all warning decals.
11. Comply with health and safety guidelines and rules.
12. Protect the company's and Systems' reputation by maintaining confidentiality.
13. Maintain professional and technical knowledge through workshops, publications, networking, and participation in professional societies.
14. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and participating in projects as needed.

Minimum Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.
• Ability to follow instructions and processes consistently.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Mechanical aptitude.

The pay for this position is $18.00/hour. The base pay may vary depending on factors such as location, education, training, and experience.
