Job Position: Quality Control Technician
Location: Hebron, IL 60034
Pay Rate: $18.75/hr
Shift: 1st shift, Mon-Fri, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Quality Control Auditor Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Audit and monitor quality requirements
Identify non-conforming material and initiate nonconforming reports
Utilize inspection tools such as calipers, micrometers, smart scope, scales, fixtures, gages, and microscopes to measure or inspect parts for compliance.
Read and interpret blueprints and specifications, Process Flow Diagrams, etc.
Ensure appropriate decisions are made regarding the quality characteristics of products, materials, and equipment
Conduct daily walk-through audits of manufacturing and packaging operations to assure procedures and proper documentation practices are being followed.
Conducts routine quality tests on incoming raw materials, goods in process, and finished products as assigned or directed, and communicates the need for corrective action to the QA Manager
Assists in calibrating refractometers, thermometers, and other types of metering and measuring devise and scales. Monitors the environment and processing conditions.
Perform and document Process and Facility Quality Audit in Manufacturing and Utility Areas according to established procedures, cGMP, and company Standards.
Quality Control Auditor Qualifications & Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
1 or more years of job-related experience
Injection Molding experience (desired)
Basic math skills to use scales and measure weights
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
