Job summary

Walbec Group is seeking a Quality Control Technician to be the quality eyes on our construction projects, testing concrete and asphalt, taking measurements, documenting results, and ensuring our road construction meets strict standards. You’ll work outdoors at various project sites throughout Wisconsin, learning valuable technical skills from day one.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to lift 50+ pounds regularly.
• Basic math skills; training provided as needed.
• Reliable, punctual and a team player.
• High school diploma or GED preferred (not required for right person).

Responsibilities

• Test materials like concrete and asphalt on construction sites.
