Assist with troubleshooting and implement process control changes and/or corrective actions to minimize risk.* Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the most current specifications, process control, and material production troubleshooting.* Possess in-depth knowledge of Concrete Redi-mix plants, Concrete paving operations, aggregate crush/wash processes, and their impact on test results.* Understand the science behind Concrete production, aggregates, and applicable calculations.* Guarantee that all laboratories and equipment are calibrated, checked, and standardized per *AASHTO R18, the Quality Management System*and *QC Technician Manual.** Continually educate oneself to be a compliance expert and take accountability for compliance with the latest specifications, regulations, governing standards and procedures, and production and installation process control.**Qualifications:*** Completion of a High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
