Job summary

ProMach seeks a Quality Control Technician to verify sub-assemblies, parts, and assembled machines meet design specifications. The role reports to Production Manager and involves material inspection, in-process approvals, and documenting results.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Quality Inspection of manufactured parts.
• Education: High School Diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control duties to ensure sub-assemblies, parts, and assembled machines meet specifications.
• Measure incoming materials, conduct visual and measurement tests, reject non-conforming materials.
• Approve in-process production and communicate adjustments to production supervisor.
• Approve returns for re-work and document inspection results in reports/logs.
• Maintain measurement equipment and ensure a safe, compliant work environment.
• Stay current with technical publications and training to improve quality and processes.

Modern Packaging is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform a variety of quality control duties to determine that manufactured sub-assemblies, manufactured parts, and assembled machines are built in accordance with company design specifications and requirements. This position reports to the Production Manager.

Modern Packaging is seeking a Quality Control Technician to perform a variety of quality control duties to determine that manufactured sub-assemblies, manufactured parts, and assembled machines are built in accordance with company design specifications and requirements. This position reports to the Production Manager.

Measures incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and contacting supplier regarding unacceptable materials.

Approves in-process production by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; communicating any required adjustments to production supervisor.

Approves returning internal and external products for re-work, confirming re-work.

Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs; and inputting data into an applicable MRP system.

Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions, calling for repairs.

Maintains safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading technical publications.

Accomplishes quality and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Knowledge of calibration of gauges and measurement equipment as required Strong ability to read and interpret Cad drawings.
