Responsibilities

• Manage and organize the product retains library, including storage and cataloging
• Prepare, cook, and present food samples for weekly end-of-shelf-life evaluations
• Conduct product quality evaluations and investigate potential quality concerns through store visits
• Document findings and communicate evaluation results to internal stakeholders
• Maintain, clean, and organize laboratory equipment and workspaces
• Update laboratory policies, procedures, and documentation
• Provide additional laboratory and administrative support as needed
