Qualifications

  • Requires an Associate degree or equivalent experience plus 3+ years in laboratory or quality.
  • Hands-on lab skills including weighing, pipetting, measurements, and data collection.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
  • Experience in medical device, manufacturing, quality, chemistry, or biology preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine laboratory and particulate testing following established procedures.
  • Collect, analyze, document, and report test results accurately.
  • Maintain laboratory records, data files, and quality documentation.
  • Support troubleshooting, product investigations, and failure analysis activities.
  • Assist with corrective action, continuous improvement, and quality projects.
  • Prepare reports, documentation updates, and change requests.
  • Support product and process qualification activities.
  • Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and testing instruments.
  • Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and cross-functional teams to communicate findings and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
