Job summary

Palmer-Donavin is seeking a Quality Control Team Lead for the Beloit, WI facility to guide daily quality activities and drive continuous improvement. You will supervise the quality team, lead trials, and ensure materials and processes meet specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality trials, analyze data, and present findings to support continuous improvement initiatives and operational best practices.
• Supervise, coach, and mentor quality team members while supporting development and engagement.
• Inspect materials, products, and production processes to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Identify root causes of defects, develop corrective action plans, and recommend process or equipment improvements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on work instructions, build manuals, and inspection procedures while training team members within the department.
• Maintain quality control documentation, approve inspector timesheets, and support accurate reporting and recordkeeping.
• Communicate effectively across departments and organizational levels to address quality concerns and support operational alignment.
• Support a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the quality function.
